On Saturday 18 June, the trade union movement will be taking to the streets to demand action on the cost of living – a new deal for working people, and a pay rise for all workers.
Families across the country are bearing the brunt of the cost-of-living storm. Every worker needs a real pay rise in 2022.

I represent unison members at my workplace in adult social care in Gateshead. There has been very little information for members about this years pay rise to the dismay of members. What is actually happening in respect of this, it seems other unions are way ahead in publicising what they would like, Unison seems to be behind others both in information for members and plan of action.
